Fizzing and Foaming

Before we slotted the mentos into the diet coke , my teacher had to develop the experiment. While  my teacher was arranging the project, we were sitting on the bench. Everyone was excited to attempt the science  project .

As we slotted the mentos into a tube and clashed with the diet coke,  the mixture reacted violently.. When we plopped the mentos into the diet coke it becomes a mixture. The foam rose and spilt out of the glass. The foam  swirling around the bottle. It was like foam on top of an milkshake .

WALT: Solve Problems

In this game I had to solve problems about graphs. I got ten out of ten. I am so proud of me. I hope my family and my teacher is proud of me because I am trying really hard with school work and with me behaviour. Some questions were challenging for me but some were easy. I would like to do more complex activities.

I was inspired by Raewyn Harris  to do this Maori Art. Raewyn Harris is a New Zealand artist from Hawke’s Bay.

Technology

Today we went to technology at Tamaki College. We made sponge cake and we decorate it.

My Goal Setting

On Thursday the 7th of may we had goal setting. My sister came to my goal setting. My sister was proud of me because I had good goals. When my sister told my mum and dad they were happy. My teacher told my sister that I have improved from last year. I thought my teacher was going to say  negative things about me but I thought wrong. My teacher say positive things about me.  I am a good boy now. My teacher told my sister that I am aiming for a academic award, citizenship award or a  scholarship to Tamaki College. My parents was so proud of me when they heard that I am aiming for a academic award,citizenship award or a scholarship to Tamaki College.  They told me to be good at school and don't get into trouble.

Howick vs Mt Wellington

Today I'm having  a game against Howick. I play for Mt Wellington Warriors under 13s. I hope we win, I play half. I play in the same team as my friend from school his name is Siua. I play half in my team but Siua play wing.

Dear Mr Steve and Sponsors

First of all I would like to say thank you for providing the year 7 and 8 students new school uniform. Our new school uniform is stunning. We appreciate the work that you have done for us. I was over the moon when I saw our new school uniform.

Our new school uniforms is going to change our behaviour and improve on our school work. I am going to be a role model in school. I promise I will not get into trouble at school. I know that I am going to change my behaviour and improve my school work and get a good education. I believe I will get a good job in the real world.

This is the first time we have got new school uniforms for free. I promise, I will wear it with pride and I will make our school and Glen Innes proud. I am eternally grateful for organising our new school uniform behind the scenes. I will take care of it.
